| POSITION: | Full time, 12 month, Level 5 Professional Staff |

| DUTIES: | Creation and facilitation of continuing education and workforce training in the EWC service area. Works closely with community businesses and industrial employers, faculty, technical trainers, and Outreach Coordinators as the primary contact for workforce training in the service area. Partners with business and industry representatives to facilitate training initiatives. Develops and assists with workforce grants. Extensive travel will be required with offices maintained in Douglas and Torrington. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: | Bachelor's Degree required. Job related and supervisory experience desirable. Experience in developing workforce training and grant writing a plus. Valid driver license and the ability to travel a must. |
| SALARY: | $50,429 - $55,664; excellent benefits. |
