Sagebrush and Roses Annual Dinner and Dance
Eastern Wyoming College and the College's department of agriculture conduct an annual fund-raising event titled Sagebrush and Roses. This event is a "Black Tie and Blue Jeans" dinner and dance held at the Goshen County Fairgrounds Rendezvous Center in support of scholarships and other program needs for the Agriculture students at EWC. The seventh annual Sagebrush and Roses dinner and dance will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013 The event not only raises funds for the agriculture program and its students, but is a major social event for Goshen County. Last year's event featured a meal catered by Cottonwood Catering and dancing to Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band, a popular Wyoming-based country rock band.
Tickets for the 2013 Sagebrush and Roses may be purchased in Torrington, Wyoming at Adorn, First State Bank, Pinnacle Bank, Points West Community Bank or Platte Valley Bank, or by contacting the EWC Office of Institutional Development at 307-532-8397.
