Coach Casey Jones, Head Coach
Coach Jones has been at the helm of Lancers Men's Golf since 2007, where he also serves as Head Coach of the men's basketball team. For the past 4 years EWC golf has consistently finished in the top 2 in Region IX team scores. Recently individual golfers at EWC have consistently finished in the top 5 of Region IX. EWC golf typically fields some of top players from the state of Wyoming and western Nebraska.
A native of Saratoga, Wyoming, Coach Jones played for the Lancers from 1996-98 under former coach Bob Davis. He finished his playing career at South Dakota School of Mines in Rapid City, SD and The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA where he earned a bachelor's degree in 2000.
“I enjoy finding and recruiting young golfers who are talented, hungry to get better, focused on the classroom, and have high character,” says Coach Jones, “I am interested in coaching young men who understand that they are representing EWC, EWC athletics, and the City of Torrington.”
