Beta Upsilon Delta is a member of the American Criminal Justice Association. The club's main goal is to create a positive interaction with local, state, and federal agencies. Membership is composed of students in all areas of the criminal justice field, instructors, and local police officers. The club participates in competitions on a regional and national level. They have won the regionals seven of the last eight years and the National Sweepstakes Trophy in 1989, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, and 2000.
