||Complete entire application in typewritten (or computer-replicated)form. Selection of award recipient will be influenced by the completenss of replies and appearance (neatness) of the application.
Submit with the application at least one letter of recommendation from an instructor and a transcript showing successful completion of at least one 3-credit-hour course in business, records and/or information management or if you are a high school senior provide transcript showing GPA of 2.5 or higher. If currently enrolled in a business, records and/or information management course, please provide a statement from the instructor indicating successful completion to that point in the course.
Submit with the application to the college Financial Aid Office by the deadline, April 1 or if you are a high school senior mail completed application postmarked by April 1 to:
