Applicants must reside in Goshen, Platte, or Laramie County, WY; Banner, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff or Sioux County in Nebraska; or current county raising sugar beets for the Western Sugar factory in Torrington. Financial need and academic performance may be considered. Minimum 2.50 GPA required. |
