| Available to: | Graduate of a Goshen County WY high school who is a son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a member of Torrington Lodge #29 who is in need of financial assistance. (The Mason must have been a member for five or more years). Applicant must have a high school GPA of 2.0 or higher and plan to register as a full-time student at EWC. |
