EWC Hires Human Resources Coordinator

(Torrington, WY) Eastern Wyoming College has undergone some temporary changes as Torrington native, Tom McDowell, has assumed the title of Human Resources Coordinator. McDowell was hired after the Board of
Trustees approved appointing Lynnea Bartlett, who held the position of Personnel and Development Director, as full-time Development Director of the upcoming fund-raising campaign.
McDowell graduated from Torrington High School and the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts. He worked for Imperial Sugar at the Holly Factory for thirty-one years. While at Holly Sugar, McDowell was the Human Resource Director, so he brings many years of experience to EWC. McDowells wife, Terry, is a social worker in Torrington and they have two grown children, Rick and Jennie.
