EWC Announces Spring Community Music Groups

(Torrington, WY) Come join Eastern Wyoming College this spring for fun community music.
Registration for the Eastern Wyoming Community Choir and Eastern Wyoming Community Concert Band is open throughout the semester. The registration fee is $15 per person per group. Those people who love to sing or play are invited to attend.
The Community Choir rehearses every Tuesday night beginning January 21 and Community Band rehearses every Thursday night beginning January 23. Rehearsals for both groups begin at 7:00 pm.
Emily Howard, EWC music instructor and director of all three groups, said, "I don?t care if it has been five days or 50 years since you last sang or played an instrument, come out and enjoy the community interaction and the fun."
The college has a few instruments available on a long borrow, but participants are encouraged to rent instruments from either Barbour Music in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, or Torrington Office Supply.
