EWC Holds Transition Seminar

(Torrington, WY) Eastern Wyoming College will hold the first annual "Transition is a Great Decision" seminar on Monday, June 30, 2003, immediately following the Fall Pre-Registration Day activities, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in room 131-132 of the Tebbet Building. The two hour seminar will cover topics on learning styles, tutoring services, disability issues, campus services, developmental courses, dorm life, clubs and organizations, academic expectations, and parent roles. Former students, current students, parents of students, faculty/staff, and community guest speakers will be on hand to discuss and address transition issues. This seminar will benefit anyone who has concerns about making the transition to college life, and everyone is invited to attend.
