EWC Adds New Distance Learning Course

(Torrington, WY) Eastern Wyoming College has added a new course to its growing Distance Learning schedule. Aaron Bahmer will teach an Internet course entitled Orientation to Distance Learning, which is highly recommended for anyone who enrolls in a distance education course. Besides this course, the college offers numerous other credit courses through internet, telecourses, or compressed video. Internet courses this semester include Introduction to Business, General Biology, Introduction to Internet, Criminal Law I, College Studies, Sophomore Project, Pre-Calculus Algebra, Principles of Marketing, and Wellness: P.E. Concepts. Telecourses for Fall include Macroeconomics, English II, and American & Wyoming Government. Compressed video courses include Sociological Principles, Fundamentals of Statistics, and Human Anatomy and are offered to EWCs outreach sites.
