(Torrington, WY) Todd Peterson, President of Pinnacle Bank and Ted Bentley President of First State Bank have informed EWC that their banks will each pledge $50,000 over five years to the college's major gifts campaign.
Bentley and Peterson, co-chairs of the fund-raising campaign, called "A

activities for the betterment of Torrington and Goshen County. "Their commitment to the college's major gifts campaign was demonstrated when
they agreed to serve as the co-chairs, and their generous gifts further demonstrate their belief in EWC and its contribution to the
community and county. We are very appreciative of them and their boards for
supporting Eastern Wyoming College in this way," said EWC President Jack Bottenfield.
According to Peterson, "Pinnacle Bank's Board and Shareholders recognize how important Eastern Wyoming College is to Torrington and southeast Wyoming. The Bank is committed to making sure EWC has the capital available to maintain quality facilities that will enable it to continue to attract high quality faculty, staff and students. We encourage all businesses and residents, that have the capability to give to this campaign, to give generously to insure a bright future for Eastern Wyoming College."
"First State Bank is proud to be a financial supporter of the Eastern Wyoming College Major Gifts Campaign. Our help, along with the financial help of many others, will be very beneficial to the improvement and expansion of programs, services and dormitory facilities at EWC. We are firmly committed to make Eastern Wyoming College the best community college in Wyoming," said Bentley.
