EWC Announces Spring Semester Physical Activity Classes

(Torrington, WY) Individuals interested in getting some physical exercise during the winter months may take advantage of three different dance classes or martial arts currently being offered in the EWC Fine Arts dance studio this semester.
Swing Basics, is currently in session under the direction of instructor, Ronda Meyer. This class is designed for beginners and students interested in learning both country and east coast swing steps. In March, Meyer will teach a ballroom basics class, designed for beginners. An introduction to waltz, foxtrot, and country two-step will be covered.
People interested in finding out why the belly dance is one of the hottest exercise fitness activities should sign up today! Aylin Carey, instructor, will teach you to tap your inner creativity as you explore the movements of this ancient art form.
Learn karate, judo, jujitsu, and street self defense this spring. All ages and levels are welcome. Brent Anderson teaches this form of cardiovascular exercise on Monday evenings from 6:15 to 8:00.
