Eastern Wyoming College Cheer Coach Receives Honor

TORRINGTON, WY - Cheryl Raboin, Cheer Coach and Mathematics Instructor at Eastern Wyoming College, was recently invited by the NFHS Board of Directors to serve our nation’s young people as a member of the NFHS Spirit Rules Committee.
The function of this committee is to write the playing rules for high school competition throughout the United States. The committee consists of ten members, a chair, and one member from each of the eight NGHS sections as well as a representative from the National Federation Interscholastic Spirit Association. Raboin will represent Section 8 on this committee and her term of office is for four years.
"This is the first time anyone from Wyoming has been a part of this committee," Raboin commented. "It is a great honor to be selected to server on this committee."
