TORRINGTON, WY - John York, EWC welding graduate, poses with welding instructor Leland Vetter and director of development Lynnea Bartlett, as he receives the 2006 Kelley Vandel Welding and Machine Tooling Award. The cash award, given by the EWC Foundation, was made possible by the family of Kelley Vandel, and is given to an outstanding graduate of the welding program at graduation each year.
