Eastern Wyoming College hosts Job Expo

TORRINGTON, WY - If you are looking for work, the Eastern Wyoming College Job Expo set for Friday, April 13, is the place for you to be. At least 30 employers, based both locally and from across the region, are signed up to participate so far, providing a variety of job opportunities for both EWC students and community members.
The Job Expo will begin at 9 a.m. in the gymnasium in the Verl Petsch Junior Activities Center at the college, and continue until 12 p.m. There is a possibility employers will wish to conduct interviews in the afternoon, as well.
Job opportunities range from seasonal, to part-time, to full time in a variety of fields, including health, mining, welding, manufacturing, social services, television media, and telemarketing. Representatives from the Ft. Laramie Historical Site, the Goshen County Sheriff's Department, Wyoming Women's Center, Wyoming Department of Corrections, Heartland Biocomposites, Panhandle Coop Association, KDUH-TV, Plumbers and Pipefitters JATC 192, Wedco Fabrication, Wyoming Machinery, Western Mine Services and Heins Greenhouse are just a few of the many employers who will be on hand.
Anyone looking for work is encouraged to bring a resume and visit with employers.
