Rafferty Insurance Agency Establishes Scholarship Program for EWC Students

TORRINGTON, WY - Lynnea Bartlett, Director of Development at EWC accepts a check from Mike Rafferty to begin the Mike Rafferty State Farm Insurance Scholarship. The Eastern Wyoming An EWC student from Goshen, Niobrara or Platte County will benefit from the new Athlete of the Month program established by Mike Rafferty Insurance. Each month the program recognizes an athlete from the above counties for their outstanding performance. In honor of these athletes, an annual scholarship will be awarded to an EWC student. Raffert'’s generous donation to the EWC Foundation will be matched by State Farm Insurance.
