Coach Casey Jones added the following about his team's performance, "I am very pleased with the team's performance this past week. We were down by 8 strokes after the first day and the guys put together a great team effort on the second day to win the tournament by three strokes. Ryan Yung showed that he will be fine on his transition to college by winning the event and showing his experience on his home course. Mitch Haden also stepped up and shot a single day tournament low score on Friday with a 73! I am really looking forward to the rest of the season and to a competitive region."
