Orientation and Testing at Eastern Wyoming College is scheduled for every Friday from 9 a.m until 12:30 p.m. or by appointment. Please contact the ABE Program Director or one of the instructors shown above to schedule a time to begin your program of study at the Adult Learning Center in Torrington.
Alternatively, students who qualify for the Even Start program located in Torrington, may contact Randy Adams, the Even Start Program Director to schedule a time for orientation and testing.
ABE/GED®/ESL instruction takes places in several locations throughout the Torrington area: in the Learning Skills lab, located on the EWC main campus, in classrooms located on the premises occupied by the Even Start program (just across from Torrington High School), at Torrington Workforce, or at the Goshen County Detention Center.
Classes held at the Torrington Workforce Center are held on Mondays from 9 a.m. until noon. At the College, the classes begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m. each and every Monday afternoon.
Classes held at Even Start are scheduled directly through the Even Start Program Director.
