January 17-21, 2008 - public review and comment of draft Strategic Directions

January 22, 2008 - Finalize Strategic Directions with Board of Trustees.

Design a Vibrant New Future Timeline

January 22-24, 2008 - Multiple 2-hour focus group sessions, with representation from, Students, Employees, Board of Trustees, and Administration. Sign-up for one session.

January 30-February 14, 2008 - public review and comment of draft Values & Vision Focus: Identification of key stakeholders, systems and structures.

March 8, 2008 - Draft plan to Board of Trustees.

Create the Destiny, Bringing the Vision to Life Timeline

February 27-29, 2008 - Multiple 2 1/2-hour focus group sessions, with divisions. March 2008 - Training of leaders in the development of strategic objectives and action plans at the departmental level. Facilitator available to assist with the development of departmental/division action plans.

March 1-April 2, 2008 - Develop annual departmental/division action plans tied to college strategic directions, vital initiatives, and strategic objectives.

April 8, 2008 - Present final plan to the Board of Trustees .
