Department: Mathematics

Tasks & Duties:

Assist/tutor students in MATH 0900 during class from 10:00 – 10:55 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).  Assist instructor with grading outside of class.

Skills Required:

  • Strong mathematical skills (completion of MATH 1400 or higher)
  • Strong interpersonal skills that include the ability to explain mathematical concepts to other students
  • Available from 10 – 10:55 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 2 additional hours during the week.

Average work hours needed per week per student: 5

Monthly pay schedule with Hourly Wage: $7.25
