Hooping vs Hoola Hooping: Hooping is way more fun than the hula hooping we remember as a child, because the bigger and heavier hoop rotates slower around your body. This means even if you think you can’t hoop, with one of these hoops, you can! Everybody can hoop, regardless of age, size, or sense of rhythm. The added weight of the hoop provides a workout challenge which instantly burns calories. It is a great low impact exercise alternative that provides a whole body workout, bringing you to a nice sweat, and like any cardiovascular exercise, it can hit the reset button on a bad mood. Hooping takes you out of the hectic, harried pace of your daily routine and transcends you into a completely holistic and uplifting workout.
**Victoria participated in competitive gymnastics as a youngster in elementary and middle school, studied dance at the 28th Avenue Dance for 8+ years, performed as a cheerleader in high school, and most recently coached cheerleading at Morrill High School. Tumbling Into Spring
