Housing is reserved for students with a course load of at least 12 credit hours (full-time) only. EWC does not provide married/family student housing.
A $150 security deposit MUST accompany the application for housing, and will be refunded only if written notice of cancellation is provided to the Housing Office before July 1st for the Fall Semester and December 1st for the Spring Semester.

Housing security deposits should be made early to ensure room reservation. This deposit cannot be accepted online at this time. Instructions for mailing your security deposit will be displayed at the completion of this process.
Admission to EWC does not guarantee that on-campus housing accommodations will be available. Housing assignments are made based on date of deposit, and application and demonstrated ability to share living quarters.
Semester charges include a meal plan of 17 meals per week (3 meals per day on weekdays and 1 meal a day on the weekend) or 14 or 10 meals plus Munch Money, local phone service, cable TV, and internet service. Room and Board rates, as approved by the Board of Trustees, are published in the current college catalog.
The Housing Office makes reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities. Please explain any needs that you have in this regard on a separate sheet and attach to this application. The College reserves the right to with hold housing accommodations to convicted felons.
