Dr. Robert Byrd to speak March 8th

The Eastern Wyoming College Library will present Dr. Robert Byrd speaking on Blacks in Wyoming. This presentation will take place on Friday, March 8th at noon in Lecture Hall 1 in the Fine Arts building. A reception will follow in the Library. There is also a photo exhibit in the Library “African American Life in Wyoming.”
