Eastern Wyoming College’s Technology Day will be held on Thursday, November 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We have a great variety of sessions being offered this year for students. This is a perfect opportunity for your students to have a hands-on experience at Eastern Wyoming College as well as get a better perspective of what they are interested in studying. This year we are offering two one-hour sessions in program areas to allow students the option to explore another academic interest area. We encourage Senior and Junior students to get registered in the sessions for which they have an academic interest.  Registration will be open on Wednesday, October 16th on our website at ewc.wy.edu. We are limited in the number of students we can have in each session and the spaces will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Below is a schedule of the day:

9:00 to 9:30 a.m. Registration in the Gym (Donuts, juice, water and coffee provided)
9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Session One
11:00 a.m. to Noon Session Two
12:15 to 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. Dismissal or a Tour of Campus (Optional)

During the time of the sessions, there will be a hospitality room, as well as the opportunity for you to take pictures of your students. This year, we will be offering an optional campus tour for you and your students at the end of the event. The tour will take about an hour. If you are interested in having a tour, please note this interest on your registration. Attached you will find a list of the sessions we will be offering, information regarding the session, as well as how many students we can accommodate per session. This event is held for Seniors and Juniors only because of our limited session capacities. Also, as a reminder, if students are participating in a welding session, please make sure they are dressed accordingly and bring safety glass/welding helmet for the day.
