EWC announces Cirque Du Solei Corteo bus trip

The Community Education office at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington announces tickets are available for the bus trip to see Cirque Du Solei Corteo at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, CO on Saturday, June 2. The cost of this trip is $70. Paid registration deadline is May 10.

Cirque du Soleil, a Canadian entertainment company is the largest theatrical producer in the world. Corteo means “procession” in Italian.  The story follows a clown as he imagines his own funeral march.  His life and memories are portrayed by 51 acrobats, musicians, singers, and actors in an imaginary carnival setting.  There are the sounds of laughter, visions of joyous tumblers, and acrobatic displays that will leave the audience breathless.   This event is one the entire family will enjoy. The performance starts at 3:30, so the bus will leave campus at 10:00am. Evening meal will be on your own at McDonald’s in Cheyenne.
