EWC Golf has strong showing at Trinidad State tourney

The Eastern Wyoming College Golf Team had its strongest showing yet at the Trinidad State Junior College fall tournament, losing to Trinidad by only 14 strokes. The team had three Top Ten finishers. Cayl Carpenter, sophomore, from Casper, WY placed 2nd with Robby Ship, sophomore, from Saratoga, WY one stroke behind in 3rdand Garrett Mortimer, freshman, from Casper, WY was 10th.
“EWC will try to keep sharp over the winter and are set for an exciting Spring Season with hopes of a first place team finish in Region IX and a trip to the national tournament in May” said Coach Casey Jones.
