EWC highlights upcoming Community Education classes

The Community Education office at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington is offering the following classes.
Travel Log: Barcelona, Southern France, Italian Riviera
Gail Heimbuck, EWC Outreach Coordinator in Guernsey, WY will share her most recent world travel adventure. Learn about the La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, ancient ruins in Nimes, Monaco, Cinque Terre, the French and Italian Riviera, Tuscany and Florence with its renaissance history.
Though distinctly different, each region Gail visited brought its own brand of culture, history, and architecture. This class will be held in Torrington on Monday, October 19th from 6 – 8:00 pm and is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is encouraged to assure adequate seating.
Italian Cuisine: The Art of Lasagna
Dick Gulisano will instruct this class to discover how easy this elegant dish can be to make. You will learn simple but delicious add-in ingredients that will bring your lasagna to the next level. This class will be held on October 22nd from 6-8:00 pm in room 117 at the Torrington High School and will cost is $25. The registration deadline for this class is October 20th.
