EWC to hold informational meeting for students interested in nursing program

Eastern Wyoming College will be holding an informational meeting for students interested in the nursing program.  General informational meetings will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm at the Douglas Campus located at 800 South Wind River Drive in Douglas.

Applications are currently being accepted for the first nursing class following the recent approval of the new nursing program.  The application deadline is April 15, 2016 for the fall semester.  Students interested in applying should do the following:  submit an application for admissions to EWC, submit an application for the nursing program, provide official college transcripts, take the TEAS-V exam (a basic entrance exam), and complete all nursing program prerequisites with a grade of “C” or better and an overall GPA of 2.5.
