EWC student athletes named to All Tournament Team

Two former Campbell County volleyball players now playing for EWC in Torrington, Wyoming were selected for the All- Tournament team at last week’s Subway volleyball tournament at North Platte, NE. Both players are freshmen this season.

Jacey Holst a left side hitter from Gillette was selected to the All-Tournament team for her attacking and blocking skills. Jacey had 29 kills for an attack efficiency of .319 and 15 blocks during the four matches.
“Jacey had an outstanding tournament. Playing in her first college volleyball match Jacey performed extremely well. She is a dynamic hitter” Coach Petsch stated.

Brittney Belt from Wright, WY, a tight side hitter setter had an outstanding tournament with her hitting and setting skills. Brittany had 161 sets, 42 setting assists for 26 percent set efficiency. She had 25 kills, 15 blocks and 18 digs. “Brittany had an exceptional tournament as a setter-hitter in our 6-2 offense. Her control of our offense was superb” said Coach Petsch
