EWC to hold Winter Concert in Torrington

The Eastern Wyoming College music department has announced the winter concert to be held on Sunday, February 28th at 2 pm in the EWC Fine Arts Auditorium in Torrington.
This performance will be conducted by EWC music instructor Michael DeMers accompanied by Janet Howard and is free and open to the public.
