EWC Volleyball Team and Student Senate Raise Awareness for Breast Cancer

The Eastern Wyoming College Lady Lancer Volleyball team played their hearts out for breast Cancer Awareness recently.

All admission receipts at the gate and the EWC portion of the 50/50 drawing was donated to Beta Sigma Phi Alpha Alpha. EWC Student Senate/Student Activities sold t-shirts and donated the sales of these shirts. The total raised was $1,450.88. These funds are made available to Goshen County residents to help maintain breast health. Beta Sigma Phi Alpha Alpha works with the Public Health office to disperse funds to those in need. The money can be used for mammograms, ultrasounds, wigs, w

ound dressings, and even gas for travel to receive treatments.
