| Available to: | Full-time sophomores or second-year students with financial need and a minimum GPA of 2.50 who graduated from Torrington (WY) High School or Mitchell (NE) High School. Preference is given first to members of the Nebraska High School Rodeo Association, then to students who participate in other rodeo activities such as the Wyoming High School Rodeo Association or Little Britches. |
