EWC offers Elementary Education degree via online learning

Eastern Wyoming College is pleased to announce the availability of an associate of arts degree in Elementary Education available through online education.

“We are really excited to make this degree program available for students who are unable to attend college in the traditional setting. Our outreach students in our service area represent about 40 percent of our total enrollment, and they will appreciate this program being offered via distance. I am pleased that our program faculty members developed the elementary education program so that our students could enjoy this opportunity,” shared Dr. Dee Ludwig, Vice President for Learning.

EWC is now accepting applications for the fall 2014 semester and will begin the enrollment process for those students who wish to earn the first two years of an Elementary Education degree.

This is a unique opportunity to begin the teacher certification process from the comfort of your own home and in your own community.

The faculty and staff at EWC look forward to reaching out to meet the needs of those who always wanted to teach. This program is a 60 credit hour program designed to easily transfer to other four-year colleges and universities.
