Tasks & Duties



Performs basic receptionist and clerical duties: answering phones, filing, assisting with projects such as mailings and brochures, greeting visitors, completing small typing projects, directing students and visitors to appropriate resources, covering the office during lunch and other breaks.

Skills Required



  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to answer phones
  • Strong people and customer service skills
  • Generally an entry-level position-office experience is a plus
  • Must have completed FAFSA.
Average work hours needed per week per student: 9
Monthly pay schedule with Hourly Wage: $7.50
