Residents of states bordering Wyoming who have earned at least a 2.75 GPA or a 21 composite ACT score are eligible for a scholarship, the amount of which is the difference between Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and in-state tuition rates, plus 12 credit hours of fees (each year). Students are responsible for in-state tuition rates and any additional fees beyond 12 credit hours each semester. The scholarship is automatically renewable for up to two years/four consecutive semesters for students who maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and complete at least 12 credits a semester. The number of awards varies depending on budget, but can be up to 50 scholarships awarded each year. ACT scores are required.
