Eastern Wyoming College - Fine Art BuildingResidents of states bordering Wyoming who have earned at least a 2.75 GPA or a 21 composite ACT score are eligible for a scholarship, the amount of which is the difference between Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and in-state tuition rates, plus 12 credit hours of fees (each year). Students are responsible for in-state tuition rates and any additional fees beyond 12 credit hours each semester. The scholarship is automatically renewable for up to two years/four consecutive semesters for students who maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and complete at least 12 credits a semester. The number of awards varies depending on budget, but can be up to 50 scholarships awarded each year. ACT scores are required.

To qualify for the Wyoming Border Scholarship you must:

  1. Apply for Admission.
  2. Send an official high school transcript.
  3. Contact Zach Smith (zach.smith@ewc.wy.edu) or Leann Mattis (leann.mattis@ewc.wy.edu) in the Admissions Office.
