EWC highlights upcoming Community Education Ketogenic Cooking
The Community Education office at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington is offering the following class.
Ketogenic Cooking – Muffins, sweet and savory
Instructor: JoEllen Keigley, EWC Testing and Career Services Coordinator
Muffins are such a versatile food, you can have them for breakfast, they can be a dessert, they can be used as a bread substitute with any meal, or an in-between meal snack. Join JoEllen in making both sweet and savory muffins that follow ketogenic eating guidelines.
This class will be held on Thursday, February 20th from 6-8:00 pm in CTEC 111. The cost of this class is $30. Please bring a container to class for the muffins you will be making.
