CCRC Director
Position: Full-time, Benefitted, Professional, FLSA Exempt, 12-month position. College pays up to $500 for relocation expenses
Start Date : July 15, 2026

Salary Hire Range: $60,598 – 66,889 annually for each 12-month appointment (actual amount depends on education and experience)
Job Summary:
The Director is a full-time, benefitted, federal and state grant-funded, and Professional staff D62 categorized position. The position is responsible for all facets of the College & Career Readiness Center, inclusive of workforce literacy, Bridge programming, Integrated Education and Training (IET), digital and financial literacy, high school equivalency certificate (HSEC), and English as a Second Language (ESL) instructional programs serving the six-county Service Area.
The Director oversees all Service Area locations for Adult Education, administers AE policies and procedures, prepares year-end grant reports, creates and executes the AE annual budget, plans and conducts program activities, purchases required items, and supervises/hires/trains all AE and related program instructors. Other duties include program marketing, database management, develop and maintain working partnerships with employers, Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, and participation in NEXTGEN sector partnership meetings. A thorough understanding of AE, Workforce, Bridge programming, HSEC, and ESL programs, their objectives, and student requirements is necessary. Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills are needed to meet program requirements and work effectively in the position.
The Director typically works Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position requires occasional travel nationally, in Wyoming, and across the Service Area to attend meetings, train and evaluate program instructors, or to teach students.
Assistant Rodeo Coach
Position: Part-time, 10 months , non-benefitted, FLSA Non-exempt, Classified staff, B32, location is main campus (Torrington, WY), travel required

Job Summary:
The Assistant Rodeo Coach & Rodeo Livestock Care Specialist at Eastern Wyoming College supports the Head Rodeo Coach in leading a competitive and student-focused intercollegiate rodeo program that reflects the mission, values, and goals of EWC and the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA). This position involves coaching student-athletes, academic monitoring and mentoring, recruiting, assisting with daily operations of the rodeo program, and managing the care and well-being of rodeo livestock. The Assistant Coach would ensure proper daily care, feeding, health monitoring, and movement of livestock, while also assisting with hauling, scheduling, and coordination of animals for practices, events, and clinics. The assistant coach plays a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment both in and out of the arena.
Chemistry Instructor
Position: Faculty, Full-time, Tenure-track, 9-month annual renewing contract, Benefitted, FLSA Exempt, College pays up to $500 for relocation expenses

Salary Hire Range: $47,136 – $61,491 annually for each 9-month contract (actual amount depends on education and experience)
Job Summary:
The Chemistry Instructor is a full-time, benefitted, tenure-track, faculty categorized position whose primary responsibility is to provide high-quality instruction across the full spectrum of the chemistry curriculum, from introductory and general chemistry to organic chemistry and specialized labs. The instructor is responsible for ensuring institutional continuity and student success, focusing specifically on bolstering retention and persistence through collaboration with all academic departments, particularly Nursing, Veterinary Technology and Agriculture. In addition to core teaching duties, the instructor will contribute to laboratory safety management, curriculum development and student support initiatives. The position offers opportunities to support or develop offerings in high-growth areas such as biology, physics, mathematics, computer science or agricultural sciences, depending on the candidate’s expertise. The Chemistry Instructor will be a high-energy collaborator dedicated to helping students excel in the physical sciences and may also engage in vital community and industry partnerships. The position is on the Torrington Campus and may require minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, or master’s degree in a related field with 18 graduate hours in the discipline being taught; degree must be from an accredited institution
- One-year teaching experience in discipline at a secondary level or higher
- Current and valid state-issued driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Chemistry or related field; degree must be from an accredited institution; must have a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline being taught
- Three or more years full-time teaching experience in discipline at secondary level or higher
- Previous instruction experience in higher education
- Background in Chemistry or related field
Anatomy & Physiology Instructor

Beyond foundational instruction, there are opportunities to support or develop offerings in general biology, health sciences, nutrition, chemistry, or agricultural sciences, depending on the candidate’s expertise. The Anatomy & Physiology Instructor will be a high-energy collaborator dedicated to academic excellence and may also engage the college community. The position is on the Torrington Campus and may require minimal travel.
