Transcripts

Official Transcripts

We send official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse.  You may request delivery through secure electronic delivery or by mail.  You can request transcripts be sent to colleges, graduate schools, licensing boards, employers, or even yourself.

Official transcripts include undergraduate courses for which a final grade has posted.  In progress coursework is not displayed.

Unofficial Transcripts

If you have attended EWC since 2010, you may still obtain a list of your EWC courses and grades through your myEWC portal. Once logged in, click on the three lines in the upper left of the page, then click on Academics in the left side menu, then click on unofficial transcripts.

GED/HiSet:

If you attended high school equivalency courses at EWC, these records are maintained at the State of Wyoming level and available via www.diplomasender.com

Residency

If you are a Wyoming resident fill out the Wyoming Residency Form.

Eastern Wyoming College launching SmartPlan

Smart Plan is a guided degree plan to help you stay on track and graduate on time. It simplifies your academic planning by creating a personalized educational plan based on your degree. Your Smart Plan will also notify you of changes or conflicts that may affect your path to graduation date. Partner with your academic advisor to customize and adjust your plan at any time. Students can also utilize SmartPlan to register for the upcoming semester.

Starting with Fall26 Registration, Eastern Wyoming is excited to launch this platform to our advisors, students and faculty to provide increased transparency into academic planning and understanding your academic path to graduation.
When launched, advisors, students and faculty will navigate to EWC SmartPlan through MyEWC.
