Public Notice of Proposed Policies
Public notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Eastern Wyoming Community College District, State of Wyoming that they intend to adopt the following Information Technology Policies with new numbering and content: Acceptable Use Policy, Accessibility Policy, GLBA Policy, Information Security Policy, Security Awareness Training Policy, and Visitor Use of Institutional Resources. Such action to be taken at a regular meeting of the Board to be held at 5:45 pm, on the 12th day of December, 2023 in Room 274 of the Tebbet Building located at 3200 West C Street, Torrington, WY 82240.
Interested persons may submit data, views, and arguments relative thereto in writing, in care of the President of Eastern Wyoming College, 3200 West C Street, Torrington, WY 82240. Writings must be submitted no later than one day prior to the above meeting. A copy of the proposed policy is available for inspection at the Office of the President or can be found at: https://ewc.wy.edu/about-ewc/leadership/policies/
Commenters may request a statement or principal reasons for overruling the consideration urged by the commenter. If requested, the statement will be issued either prior to or within thirty (30) days after action is taken.
