EWC Cancels Youth Basketball Program Due to Facility Damage

TORRINGTON, Wyo. – Eastern Wyoming College Community Education has announced the cancellation of its Youth Basketball Friday/Saturday program scheduled for April 24 – 25 and May 1 – 2 due to wind damage to the gymnasium roof. College officials said the damage has made the facility unavailable for use during the scheduled program dates. Coach Tim Larsen and Community Education Director Donna White expressed their appreciation to the families who had already registered for the program.

“We want to thank all the families who signed up and supported this program,” Larsen and White said. “We also want to assure them that refunds will be made as soon as possible.” The college is working to process refunds promptly and apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
