Several Lady Lancer basketball players received postseason honors following the Region IX tournament recently held in Casper, WY. Players recognized were:

Ane Esnal Aquirre, freshman, Donostia, Spain – All-Region 9 North, Region 9 All-Tournament Team

Emma Strom, freshman, Lulea, Sweden – Region 9 North All-Defensive Team

Montse Gutierrez Ibanez, freshman, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain – Region 9 All-Tournament Team

“These players have worked hard to improve themselves and have shown throughout the season and in the Region 9 tournament that they are among the best players in the Region,” said Coach Tom Andersen. “I am very proud of their accomplishments, which are also a reflection of the very competitive team that we put on the court each game. I am very proud of this team as well as the individual accomplishments.”
