Guernsey community feels strong connection to EWCs

Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) will host a Listening Session with EWC President Dr. Jeffry Hawes on Tuesday, March 11, from 8 to 10 a.m. in the Guernsey-Sunrise Board Room, located within the Guernsey-Sunrise High School, 171 W Burlington Street, Guernsey, Wyoming.

“We want to hear from the community we serve,” said Dr. Hawes. “This will be the first of many Listening Sessions across our service area. We invite friends and families of Guernsey-Sunrise students, community leaders, and anyone interested in the future of EWC to join us.”

The session will provide an opportunity for the community to offer feedback on what is going well, suggest areas for improvement, and ask questions about programs and initiatives of Eastern Wyoming College.

“Our goal is to work with our partners to improve outcomes for our students and the entire College community,” Dr. Hawes added.

Refreshments will be served by the Guernsey-Sunrise Culinary Team.
