Purpose: The Board extends to the College President the authority to employ individuals for full-time positions located on the classified salary schedule and for part-time positions. Appointments of full-time members of college faculty, professional, and administrative staff are made by the College Board. Candidates shall be recommended to the Board by the President of the College. All contracts shall be issued in the name of the Board and subject to the policies of the Board and Eastern Wyoming College.
