- Veterans Services activities, workshops, and programming aimed at maximizing successful outcomes for Veteran students at EWC.

- Coordinator of Veterans Services, Chairperson
- Executive Dean of Student Services, Vice Chairperson
Vice President of Douglas Campus - Vice President for Student and Academic Services
- Community Members – 2 representatives
- Executive Director of the EWC Foundation
- Veterans Student Club Sponsor
- Student Services Professional Staff
- Faculty Representative – 1 Torrington Campus
- Faculty Representative – 1 Douglas Campus
- Veteran Student Representative (s) – Up to 3 students
- President (ex officio member)
