Review of, and make recommendations to the president and president’s leadership team on:
- Existing and proposed courses
- Existing and proposed program offerings
- Academic standards, grading, withdrawals
- Graduation requirements
- Quality assurance for all learning, including online offerings
- General Education, transfer, articulation
- Catalog, calendar
- Assessment of student learning outcomes and select institutional assessments
- Petitions and appeals regarding any of the functions of the instructional program
- Policies and issues which affect and improve learning
- May establish taskforces or subcommittees as needed

- Vice President of Student and Academic Services
- Executive Dean of Student Services
- Director of Research, Planning & Institutional Effectiveness
- Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation specialist (ex-officio)

- Representative from Student Success Center
