Purpose: Eastern Wyoming College shall invest its cash so as to maximize the return within established parameters of fiscal prudence, liquidity, fairness to vendors, and safety of principal. The College shall conduct all investing activities in accordance with its own policy and Administrative Regulation Titles, and in compliance with all applicable statutes of the State of Wyoming.
