Regional West Foundation awards over two dozen memorial and honorary scholarships annually. These scholarships are available to students pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing- West Nebraska Division in Scottsbluff.

To receive the scholarship, recipients must
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA
- Plan to remain in the western Nebraska/eastern Wyoming area while pursuing a career in the medical field
- Be registered as a full-time student
