For Fall 2026 Graduation – Apply through EWC Self-service by August 31

A single grad application is required even if you will receive multiple degrees or certificates. If you expect to earn more than one credential at the end of this semester, email registrar@ewc.wy.edu with the request for those additional credentials after you have applied for your first credential and paid the grad application fee.

• If requirements are not displaying correctly in your degree evaluation in EWC Self-service due to transfer credit or system error, please notify the Office of the Registraras soon as possible so we can resolve the issue before you apply.
