EWC Launches Redesigned Site

April 3, 2009
TORRINGTON, WY –
Eastern Wyoming College is proud to announce the launch of a newly redesigned website. The website address, which remained the same, is ewc.wy.edu. The website features enhanced navigation, increased options, and more photographs.
The updated website was designed by staff in the College Relations department at the College. Research was conducted on website best practices and input was sought from faculty, staff and students throughout the process. The College also purchased a content management system (CMS) during this process.
“We are excited about the changes and the new CMS. It will be very beneficial in the future as we add more dynamic and interactive elements to our website,” added EWC Webmaster Darci Duran.
The College also was able to add personalized web addresses for the branch campus in Douglas and each of the outreach centers located throughout Eastern Wyoming. An example of that is: ewc.wy.edu/douglas.
Questions regarding the EWC website can be directed to Duran at 307.532.8289.
